About the role

Working within an experienced team of ux architects, designers, user interface developers and .Net developers, you will have the opportunity to plan, co-ordinate and lead projects or varying sizes involving the creation of engaging digital solutions for our varied and growing client-base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy expertise throughout all phases of a project
  • Organise and deliver client workshops
  • Manage the commercials, quality and client relationships for the entire project life cycle
  • Build and manage client relationships, ensuring regular communication whilst managing client expectations
  • Ensure all aspects of a project are appropriately scoped and estimated
  • Ensure deliverables of a project are complete and accurate
  • Write statements of work, functional and technical specifications
  • Maintain sales data in internal CRM and invoice systems where relevant
  • Provide estimates of resource requirements and forecast effectively for existing and future projects
  • Monitor project budgets, timesheets and other statistical data
  • For active projects, own, manage and be an active contact for assigned accounts, escalating where necessary to a senior member of the business where needed
  • Act as escalation point for assigned clients for projects, support and systems and seek to ensure smooth operations in all such areas to avoid such escalations where possible
  • Assist when required in the review of the agency’s analysis and response to new briefs or RFPs received from clients or prospective clients
  • Provide regular and accurate reports on opportunity progress
  • Contribute to Ridgeway’s marketing activities through updates on client activity and thought leadership content

Essential skills & experience

  • Commercial experience of working in an Agency environment in either a Digital Project Management role or Producer role
  • Experience of delivering digital solutions
  • Experience of writing clear, commercially sound proposals to be sent to clients
  • Experience of delivering innovative, high quality responsive websites to SEO and accessibility standards
  • Examples of delivering projects to time, budget and quality with exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Experience of managing a multi-disciplined team to deliver digital projects
  • Experience of delivering projects with project values ranging between £150k and £500k
