We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our team of digital experts to help source and attract exceptional candidates and drive our agency forward.


About the role

Taking control of the whole recruitment function from developing a recruitment strategy through to job offer and on-boarding, your role will comprise of:

  • Working with various internal managers to understand their recruitment requirements
  • Developing a recruitment strategy to help fulfil those needs
  • Being an active part of our HR team including identifying improvements to our staff benefits
  • Identifying effective attraction techniques
  • Reviewing our current PSL
  • Reviewing the current interview structure and making suggestions and improvements where necessary
  • Using your specialist recruitment skills to help attract direct applications, reducing the company’s overall recruitment spend
  • Screening candidates and interviewing alongside managers
  • Receiving applications and moving them through the recruitment pipeline as necessary

Essential skills and experience

  • You will be a recruiter with experience of developing strategies for sourcing candidates
  • You will be skilled in building good-quality relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills will prove essential as you liaise with candidates and colleagues at all levels
  • Experience of candidate sourcing through tools such as LinkedIn and job boards
  • Experience of writing job adverts and developing recruitment materials
  • Good knowledge of UK Employment law, specifically those laws governing recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of GDPR

Desirable skills and experience

  • Experience of recruiting in the IT industry
  • Experience of working in a Digital Agency
  • Generalist HR experience


This role would suit those seeking a part-time role of circa 30 hours per week, preferably spread across 5 days, and full-time would be considered.

  • Salary

    We offer a competitive salary (subject to performance, skills and experience) and commission for direct recruitment.

  • Location

    We have two offices, located in Witney, Oxfordshire and central London. This role is anticipated to be located in Witney but will involve travel to London. Flexibility on location will be considered.
