Responsibilities

  • Manage several diverse, engaging clients and build strong long-term strategic partnerships founded on responsiveness, pro-activity and high-quality digital knowledge
  • Attend and lead regular on-site client meetings providing expertise to help shape the execution of digital builds, ongoing roadmaps, strategies and overall agency performance
  • Scope and define enhanced solution functions, features, and performance driven changes, SEM (SEO & PPC), UX and content marketing underpinned by thorough documentation as part of either a managed retainer or separate statement of work
  • Oversee all aspects of the delivery of your projects, change requests, commercials and where necessary management of content marketing
  • Coordinate internal experts by providing necessary project planning and scheduling in order to ensure efficient delivery of scope, to time, budget and meet specifically set KPIs
  • Recognise and handle project risks, retainers, overall commercial performance, monitor progress and produce status reports both internally and externally

Skills and Experience

  • You will have significant experience running medium-large scale projects and accounts, with knowledge of web development, CMS platforms, solution road-mapping, performance implementation and ongoing monitoring via analytics
  • Demonstrable evidence of growing strong and long-term partnerships with clients
  • Recent digital agency experience is essential
  • Great communication skills and confidence liaising with both internal and external stakeholders across varying platforms
  • You should feel comfortable challenging briefs and articulating project requirements to a variety of individuals
  • Experience of line management along with leading, energising and mentoring a team would be beneficial

    We have two offices, located in Oxfordshire and central London (near Oxford Circus). This role is preferred for London, and is an opportunity to help build and grow the London team. Witney applicants are also welcomed.
