Within this session we will look at ways that you can stop content pollution and focus on monetising your content marketing strategy by making it as relevant as possible to your potential customers.

Examining your customers top tasks

Most large, complex websites suffer from a plethora of tasks that can be performed which typically are designed around what the organisation thinks users want to do - rather than evidence of what they really want to do. We will describe the Top Task Management process - a structured and proven method of identifying the top tasks that different customers expect to perform on your site.
