Ridgeway has just been awarded Kentico’s mobile competency.
This badge of honour recognises leading partners for their specific skill and expertise at designing websites on the Kentico content management system in a responsive or adaptive way for three or more clients.
Ridgeway build responsively over adaptively as we believe that being able to fit to any screen size is imperative to future-proofing websites against the rate of technological change. As consumers increasingly turn to mobile devices, understanding the customer experience as well as the technology is what makes Ridgeway leaders in mobile optimised design. Ridgeway were the first partner to build a responsive website on the Kentico content management system for Wesley-Barrell. From there we have gone on to build sites for the likes of Twinings, Royal Academy of Engineering and Miguel Ángel Jiménez, which has demonstrated our expertise to gain the official recognition through the “mobile competency” badge.
Ridgeway’s Technical Director, Jim Hey commented; “Creating a great responsive site is a key part of our work here at Ridgeway, and has been for a number of years. So although it is credit for a capability we’ve had for some time, it’s always nice to receive industry recognition and is certainly an accolade that our outstanding development team deserve”.
2014 was an important year in our rise as one of the key Kentico Gold Partners. In short, our achievements included more Kentico certified developers, two more sites of the month for Twinings and Royal Academy of Engineering, playing a significant role in the introduction of Kentico 8.1 and speaking at Kentico Connection Conferences in Prague and Boston.
