Ridgeway announced as a finalist for the WOBAs Employer of the Year!

We are thrilled to announce that last night at the WOBAs ‘Celebration of Business’ event we found out we are a finalist for the Employer of the Year award sponsored by The MGroup.

This award is open to any size or type of business trading in West Oxfordshire. Those who get through to the final for the award demonstrate the characteristics of being a great place to work.  

Being a finalist means so much to us because we truly value our employee culture at Ridgeway. We’d like to say thank you to the judges for selecting us to be in the final for this award, and congratulations to Oxford Products and Aston and James who were also announced as finalists.

The winners will be announced at an Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner taking place at the luxury Heythrop Park Resort on Friday 23rd March. We are excited to attend and have our fingers crossed!
