Mysoft commissioned Ridgeway to design, develop and deploy a new bespoke website that was professional, on brand and future proof.
A key aspect of the brief was to present Mysoft as being human and experts at what they do. This would buck the trend within the industry, as many software providers focus on the software, instead of the experts behind the software. Developing the site around this aspect would be vital to supporting Mysoft's positioning within their sector.
In addition to this, the new site had to be fully accessible on all devices, ranging from mobile's to desktop computers and be fully content manageable, so Mysoft could publish their own content and make updates themselves.

We worked closely with Mysoft to develop a new visual identity for their brand which would set a new standard within their market. It was imperative that when doing this, we didn’t alienate their existing clients while at the same time, still developed their identity to truly reflect the brands position and values as industry experts.
The new website features big, bold images of the Mysoft team within their office environment. This has added a new, unique human aspect to the service they provide.
The website was built on Kentico CMS and made fully responsive to address the need of accessibility when mobile browsing. We designed and developed it from a mobile first perspective which ensured the viewing experience was as impressive and easy to use on a mobile device, as it would be on a desktop computer.
We worked hard to provide a site which delivered a customised structure and functionality for their business. This incorporated all website factors including the user interface design and user experience development, making the site as efficient to use as possible.
Once deployed, we provided Mysoft with full Kentico CMS training so they can manage the site without any agency involvement, drastically reducing the maintenance costs of the site.
Mysoft’s online presence has been completely rejuvenated with a new contemporary website design that’s optimised for mobile devices. Built on a fully content managed solution, Mysoft's marketing team can now update content on their site without the need for Ridgeway’s involvement; their old site didn't allow them to do this.
The tailored website structure and functionality now ideally suits Mysoft’s needs and is seen as best in class within their marketplace.
Since the site launch, Mysoft's website has seen a 76% increase in overall site visits with 9% of the sites visitors, now accessing Mysoft through a mobile device.
