Ridgeway has been ranked seventh for client satisfaction in the 26-50 staff category of this year’s Independent Agency Census from the Drum.
With 58 agencies being listed in our category alone, we are delighted to be in the top 10!
Marketing publication, The Drum, created the Independent Agencies Census to rank the key players in the marketing industry. The scores for client satisfaction were calculated using our client feedback on the Recommended Agency Register over the last 12 months, taking into account factors such as; client service, effectiveness and being on time and to budget.
Within our category in the financial side of the census, we recorded a higher % turnover growth than any of the other agencies.
The Independent Agencies Census follows on from the Design Census and the Digital Census – in which we came 6th for client satisfaction – and combines the different areas of the agency sector. To maintain such a high standing within a wider pool of entrants is a great achievement for Ridgeway.
Accompanying client satisfaction, we were also listed as one of the top 50 agencies in the financial and peer recognition categories. Within our category in the financial side of the census, we recorded a higher % turnover growth than any of the other agencies.
2015 has been another successful year for Ridgeway with a trio of wins in the Kentico Site of the Year Awards. The website we built for the Oxfordshire Business Awards was awarded Best Graphic Design, while Twinings took home Ecommerce Site of the Year and the big one, Global Site of the Year. We were also ecommerce winners at The RAR Digital Awards. With a long way still to go in 2015, we’ll be looking to continue our award wins throughout the year.
