It was announced yesterday morning that Ridgeway have been recognised as one of the top 10 agencies for client satisfaction in The Drum Digital Census 2014.
Facing stiff competition, Ridgeway came 6th in their category and in doing so beat 82% of other agencies.
Marketing publication, The Drum created the Digital Census to rank the key players in the digital marketing industry. The scores for client satisfaction were calculated using our client feedback on the Recommended Agency Register over the last 12 months. Ridgeway were scored against 35 agencies nationwide, and with the average score being 90% client satisfaction, we are extremely proud to reach the top 10.

Ridgeway has always recognised the importance of good old fashioned customer service and to have been acknowledged for this is very satisfying for us, as I’m sure it is for our clients.
