A website designed and created by London and Witney web agency, Ridgeway, has been named as a Kentico Site of the Month for July.

Chosen from over 300 shortlisted projects, the award highlights the best websites from around the world to have utilised Kentico’s CMS and EMS software.

The website built for Wesley-Barrell was named as one of the 10 best websites launched on the Kentico platform in July due to its dynamic responsive experience and e-commerce capabilities. Building on the success of two other previous web site awards within the last 12 months, Ridgeway is now firmly establishing itself as one of the most successful Kentico Gold Partners in the UK.

Simon Lassam, Managing Director at Ridgeway, said: “It’s great to once again be recognised for our ability and experience with the Kentico CMS platform. Our team worked hard to ensure visitors to the Wesley-Barrell website had the best possible shopping experience and utilised many of the out-of-the-box features which Kentico offers to achieve this. It’s a stunning website visually, technically and functionally and we’re delighted that our achievement has been noticed by Kentico themselves.”

Ridgeway built the Wesley-Barrell site using Kentico’s integrated content management and e-commerce platform, with customisations to meet Wesley-Barrell’s specific requirements. As well as seeking to boost online sales, Wesley-Barrell needed their new website to demonstrate the benefits of visiting one of their fifteen showrooms. To this end, the site includes a number of features to help customers locate and engage with their nearest showroom including localised sales, events and promotions. Customers who have obtained a quotation in-store can complete their purchase at a later date from the comfort of their own home through the website and customers can also see individual items that are on sale in each showroom.
