How we plan to use your registration details

 

What data do we need to collect from you?

To manage your registration and attendance at this event we need to collect some personal details from you. This includes; your full name, job title, company name, email address and phone number. Further details are explained below.

Why do we need this data?

  • Full name: Your full name is required as part of registration for this event for two reasons; to record and confirm your attendance and as a security measure on the day. You will be asked to wear a name badge during the event for networking purposes.
  • Job title: You are required to state your job title as part of the registration process for this event so that we can check the event will be relevant for you. 
  • Company name: We require your company name as part of this event registration to ensure that the event is suitable for your company.
  • Email address: We require your email address to allow us to send you a confirmation email of your secured place or to clarify other data items requested. Submitting your registration for this event confirms your consent for us to send you details, information and confirmations by email associated with the event you have registered for. If you don't provide a correct email address we will not be able to confirm your attendance or verify any other details. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation.
  • Phone number: We require your phone number so that we have an alternative form of communication should there be an issue with your registration, and so that, on the day of the event we can contact you should there be an unforeseen issue that might, for example, cause a last minute cancellation.

The information provided when registering for the event will not be used for any other purposes beyond those explained above.

How long will we store your data?

We will store your data for a period of 1 year after the event has taken place. After this period, data will be permanently deleted from the Ridgeway database.

Our mailing list 

At the same time as contacting us, we give you the option to sign up to our mailing list. By checking the tick box, you give us consent to your email address being added to our mailing list. This means you will be kept up to date on events we are running, industry insights and insightful content. Trust us you don't want to miss out!
