We offer a flexible hybrid-working model while valuing the benefits of in-person collaboration and team connection. 

During your first 6–12 months, we typically expect you to be in the office 4 or more days per week (depending on role, experience, and location), moving to around 2–3+ days per week thereafter.

Our new office is not only situated perfectly for easier connections to London and Oxford, but the office space has been newly developed to our specifications to provide lots of natural light, lots of outdoor space, ample parking and EV charging points, and within close proximity to Blenheim community path for relaxing lunchtime strolls.
